DELIVERY INFO
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, no orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. Delivery times can also be affected when we are at events and competitions.
Please make sure all your delivery info is correct.
UK DELIVERIES
We send all UK orders via a tracked courier service, normally 3-5 days for delivery. If you require your items quicker please email us [email protected] to discuss options before purchasing.
Orders are Flat Rate £12.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION
OTP ships internationally from Thailand with a standard global rate of £12 per order.
By placing an order with us you acknowledge and accept that you may be subject to additional import taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. All additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. That said, please contact us on receipt of charges and we will try to assist!

RETURNS
We hope you love your purchases from OTP but if you need to return an item, please send it back unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receiving your order. When trying on your purchase please ensure underwear is worn and no marking from makeup or staining from deodorants occurs.

The responsibility of the item remains with the customer until we have received the item here. We recommend using a tracked service for returns. The costs of returning a non-faulty item is payable by the customer and are non-refundable.
Return for refund: We will contact you when we process your refund. The refund will be via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 25 days for the funds to arrive back in your account before contacting us. We process returns internally within 7 days but transfer of funds can take longer through some payment methods.
Exchanges: We will contact you to advise if we have the product stock to send or if we are out of stock. All exchanges are one exchange per customer.
Please ensure all items meet with the above conditions to ensure your exchange or refund is processed smoothly. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges on items deemed not to meet the conditions for resale.
FAULTY ITEMS
It does sometimes happen!

We will email you back with options and remedy the best we can.
RETURNS SHIPPING COST
We not do refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
CHRISTMAS
If it’s a gift don’t panic! We will add an extra 14 days to the returns period just in case!
OTP RETREATS
1. Registration
Registration is to be completed via our online booking system. Registration is legal and binding, even in the absence of a signature. Age restrictions apply and participants must be over 18 years old.
2. Fees / terms of payment.
The fee schedule at the date of registration applies. The fees are understood as per person. The price of participation includes: twin/double room and breakfast for the number of days stated on your purchased package, all workshops stated, snacks and water at the studio during workshops and beach photoshoot. Any extras outside of this are to be paid for on your own account. It is the participants responsibility to organize their travel to and from the pole camp destination.
No refunds or discounts will be given should you arrive late or leave early to the camp.
To register, the participant is expected to make a deposit payment of 50% . Thereafter the total amount is expected to be paid no later than 45 days before the retreat start date.
3. Re-Booking / Cancellation / No-Show
Before booking, we ask all participants to consider their circumstances carefully in order to reduce any issues with cancellations. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Deposits are entirely non-refundable
- If the participant can not attend the retreat and finds a replacement, the name change for OTP Retreat will be done with no administration fee, however if any further fees are incurred these are to be paid for by the participant (either original or new).
- If the participant has not arrived, and not contacted us, by 6pm on day 1 of the camp it will be assumed that the participant is a “no show” and no fee will be refunded under these circumstances.
- It is strongly recommended that participants purchase relevant insurance.
4. Changes / Cancellation of Event
- Instructors and workshop schedules are subject to change.
- In the event of the retreat being cancelled, full refunds will be offered where possible.
- Hotels are subject to change in the event they become available due to circumstances out of our control - replacement hotels will be found to the same standars as booking.
5. Copyrights and Use Rights of Photos and Video Recordings
Both participants and instructors might be photographed and filmed during the course of the retreat. These recordings can be used for promotional and marketing purposes on all OTP platforms. By registering the participants expressly give their consent to publication without compensation of any photos or film recordings made of them unless previously stated by the participant.
6. Liability
- The participant is responsible for insurance. No liability will be accepted in the event of injuries or accidents. Any existing diseases, injuries or bodily complaints must be communicated to the instructors before the course starts.
- No liability will be accepted for theft or loss of personal property and participation in OTP Retreats is at the participants own risk.
